Two Rivers Municipal Utilities, Customer Service, is conveniently located in City Hall at 1717 East Park Street, Two Rivers, WI 54241.
Customer Service counter is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
During buisness hours, to report a power outage, flickering lights, downed power lines, or other problems at your home or business related to electrical power service, call 920-793-5550 or 920-793-5523.
After hours emergency power or water problems, call 920-793-5555.
For problems with water service such as a broken water main, loss of water pressure, or questions about water quality, call the Water Department at 920-793-5551 or 920-793-5523.
For billing questions, service connections/disconnections, or any other need, please contact the Billing Department, at 920-793-5523.
